The Company is pleased to announce it has received a Cash Facility Arrangement in the amount of USD $ 2.5 million to be utilized for Fuel and Maintenance Costs of its Fleet in the RLS Aviation / MEDEVAC Program in exchange for Common Shares in RLS Aviation from JETEX, an International private specialist aviation and flight support company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company has 38 fixed-base operators (FBOs) and ground handling stations in over 50 locations around the world, including the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Americas.
As we develop our fast-growing Emergency Rescue Service, the MEDEVAC Operation, from our solid Client participation daily business these Strategic Alliances and participations with such major Aviation Specialist Companies, reinforce the validation of our product and enable Global enhancement at an ever-increasing rate with a wider forum.
